What a poignant and often chilling story. It made me cry. When some things are beyond control, sometimes you have to cling to any victory you can, any outcome you can control, any dream within reach. The beginning of the story shows how hard to believe at first what was going on overseas, that anyone could be carrying out plans so barbaric. It seemed it was impotant to have heroes to root for, to help keep hope, and to make a dent in the propaganda, even though in the end it took much more than fists to fight the monsters.
